Peter Knoch Lawyer, Specialist Lawyer for Family Law

Born in 1966 in Bonn. Admitted to the Bar 2002. University studies in Bonn.

Mr. Knoch's family law practice focuses on providing advice and representation of spouses who are living separated or are divorced. Mr. Knoch specialises in maintenance law (maintenance for children, spouses, relatives and parents). He has specialist knowledge and practical experience in the field of family law allocation of assets. In the field of inheritance law, he provides advice with the drafting of last wills and testaments as well as advising and representing clients with the execution of inheritance procedures.

Mr. Knoch is a member of the pre-examination committee of the Cologne Bar Association responsible for the awarding of the title "Specialist Lawyer for Family Law".
