Matthias Arens Lawyer, Specialist Lawyer for Tax Law, Specialist Lawyer for Trade and Corporate Law

Born in 1972 in Münster. Admitted to the Bar 2001. University studies in Bonn.

Mr. Arens advises clients regarding all corporate law issues from company formation, drafting of articles of association to also shareholder disputes. He represents shareholders with negotiations related to the purchase or sale of shares.

In addition to the corporate law orientation, Mr. Arens provides support to companies in trade law, including the structure of their contract relationships or also the enforcement of accounts receivables. As a result of the regular court representation of a receiver in insolvency, Mr. Arens also has many years of experience with providing advice related to liability risks in an economic crisis.
