    Born in 1970 in Recklinghausen. Admitted to the Bar 1997. University studies in Passau.

    Ms. Schöl has many years of experience in the field of private and commercial tenancy law including representing a major nationally-operating condominium company for many years. Ms. Schöl also advises clients with regard to condominium law issues. A further focus of her practice is in the field of purchase contract law, in particular, here in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate.
