Dr. Andreas Fränken Lawyer , Specialist Lawyer for Family Law

Born in 1961 in Mönchengladbach. Admitted to the Bar 1991. University studies in Bonn.

Dr. Fränken is the Managing Partner of our law firm. In addition to first instance family law cases, his practice includes all proceedings of the firm in marriage and family law. Due to his many years of practical experience, his work as head of the Working Group Family Law in the Bonn Lawyers' Association (until 2010) and his commentary in the family law section of the Nomos Commentary, he has an excellent network and is nationally recognised. In addition to his family law concentration, Dr. Fränken advises clients in the field of publishing law. Additional concentrations of his practice are inheritance law and general civil law.
