    Born in 1955 in Cologne. Admitted to the Bar 1984. University studies in Cologne and Bonn.

    Manfred Becker represents both employers as well as also employees, whereby the majority of clients are employers. Included herein are many medium-size companies but also Managing Directors and members of Management Boards with entering into and ending of employment contracts. His practice includes providing advice and litigation representation in the field of individual labour law and collective labour law and extends also to disputes arising in connection with commercial agency law. Mr. Becker is co-author of the Munich Lawyers' Handbook of Criminal Defence (Münchner Anwaltshandbuch Strafverteidigung) and he works jointly with Dr. Hiebl on the "Civil, Labour and Family Law Consequences and Effects of the Criminal Proceeding" ("Zivil-, arbeits- und familienrechtlichen Konsequenzen und Folgen des Strafverfahrens").
