Labour Law

One mainstay of our competence is labour law which is subdivided into the two areas of individual labour law and collective labour law.

Individual labour law regulates the legal relationship between the employer and employee while collective labour law deals with the legal relationships between the employer and employee representatives as well as between employer associations and unions.

In individual labour law, we advise and represent employers and employees in all areas. The focus in collective labour law is consultations and litigation representation within the realm of the Works Constitution Act.

We advise Management Directors and members of Management Boards with the drafting and negotiation of their employment contracts, with negotiations related to cancellation contracts and in liability questions.

We provide advice to employers with compliance questions and counsel regarding how they can assure observance of the statutory regulations related to labour law and data protection in their companies and reduce liability risks.
